. Client and Guangxian shall hereinafter be referred to individually as the _Party_and collectively as the_Parties_. 當(dāng)事人和廣賢可單獨(dú)稱為“一方”，合稱為“雙方”。
2. Backgrounds締約基礎(chǔ)
. In accordance with the Lawyers Act and Contract Act of the People’s Republic
